This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal contract between the Licensee and EMRAAN MAYOW DESIGN STUDIO. By downloading, installing, accessing, or otherwise using the digital typeface software (the "Font(s)"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. This Agreement supersedes all prior proposals or agreements, whether oral or written, between EMRAAN MAYOW DESIGN STUDIO and the Licensee.

EMRAAN MAYOW DESIGN STUDIO grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Fonts subject to the terms herein. The Fonts remain the exclusive intellectual property of EMRAAN MAYOW STUDIO. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice.

1. License Types & Usage

1.1 License Scope

The Fonts may only be installed on the specific number of devices or used for the specific traffic volume (pageviews) defined in your purchased License Plan. Licenses are restricted to a single organization. Standard entry-level licenses begin at 1–2 CPUs or 10,000 monthly pageviews. Licenses may be extended to accommodate additional users or organizational growth upon further purchase.

1.2 Desktop License

Desktop Fonts are provided in TTF and OTF formats. The Licensee may install the Fonts to create static images and documents for print and digital display. The Licensee may create one (1) security backup of the Fonts, provided they are stored in a secure environment inaccessible to unauthorized third parties. Fonts may be shared with printers or prepress houses solely for production purposes. Generating webfonts from Desktop Fonts is strictly prohibited.

1.3 Web License

Webfonts are provided in WOFF, WOFF2, and EOT formats and must be self-hosted on the Licensee’s own server(s). Licenses are assigned per URL (domain) based on monthly pageviews (starting at 10k). Usage on multiple separate URLs requires a separate license for each unique domain. Webfonts must be purchased specifically as such and may not be generated from other formats.

1.4 Special Licensing

Usage of the Fonts for mobile applications, broadcasting/streaming, or other purposes not explicitly covered in this Agreement requires a specialized license.

2. Restrictions & Modifications

2.1 Prohibited Actions

The Licensee shall not rename, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or alter the Font software in any way, nor attempt to discover the source code. Any and all modifications must be performed exclusively by EMRAAN MAYOW DESIGN STUDIO.

2.2 Usage Review

EMRAAN MAYOW DESIGN STUDIO reserves the right to restrict or deny the use of our Fonts in contexts that we deem harmful, discriminatory, or otherwise at odds with our brand identity. If you are unsure whether your project falls into this category, please contact us for written approval prior to launch. We reserve the right to refuse service or revoke usage rights for projects that do not meet our ethical guidelines.

3. Distribution & Ownership

3.1 Non-Transferability

The Licensee may not copy, sublicense, sell, lend, lease, or distribute the Fonts to third parties. Any unauthorized use or distribution constitutes an infringement of EMRAAN MAYOW DESIGN STUDIO’s intellectual property rights.

3.2 Embedding

You may embed the Fonts into documents (e.g., PDFs) sent to third parties, provided the documents are set to "View and Print" only and cannot be edited. You may not embed the Fonts into software or hardware products where the Fonts would be accessible to the end users of those products without a specific OEM license.

4. Performance & Liability

4.1 Disclaimer of Warranty

The Licensee assumes all risk regarding the quality and performance of the Fonts. EMRAAN MAYOW DESIGN STUDIO does not warrant that the Fonts will meet specific requirements or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4.2 Refund Policy

All sales are final and refunds are not provided. Fonts may only be exchanged if found to be technically defective. Defective software must be reported to EMRAAN MAYOW DESIGN STUDIO within seven (7) days of purchase, accompanied by a valid receipt.

5. Termination & Governing Law

5.1 Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Failure to comply with any provision of this Agreement will result in automatic termination without notice. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Fonts and destroy all copies (including backups and modifications) in their possession.

5.2 Governing Law

Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by EMRAAN MAYOW DESIGN STUDIO. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom.
